The hydraulic press is just a carrier for single-function cyclic use. The vulcanizing machine, on the other hand, has multiple functions coexisting and each function can be independently applied. To be precise, the vulcanizing machine can replace the hydraulic press in its work, while the hydraulic press cannot replace the vulcanizing machine.
Heating function: During the pressing production process, the heating function can be either enabled or not, and it can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the different production processes of products. The hydraulic press does not have this function and cannot perform such operations.
Exhaust function: The exhaust function of the vulcanizing machine can be turned on or off according to different products, or the number of times can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The hydraulic press does not have this function.
Pressure-holding function: The vulcanizing machine can set the pressure-holding time (0 - 24 hours) according to the user's needs. The hydraulic press definitely does not have this.
When producing rubber parts, a vulcanizing machine is the most suitable choice.
